Throughout your store’s Path to WPN Premium, you will work closely with a Business Development Specialist who will offer guidance for developing your space and customer service practices. Once you are ready for evaluation you will submit a video walkthrough demonstrating that your store meets our aesthetic and space requirements. You will also be visited by a secret shopper to evaluate your staff’s customer service.
