Updating Your Store’s Contact Information in EventLink
Your store’s contact information (contact email, phone number, and website) displayed on the WPN Store and Event Locator can be managed directly through Wizards Eventlink. Follow these steps to update these details:

Log in to Wizards EventLink. Use your WPN account credentials to sign in. If you have access to multiple stores, select the appropriate store from the dropdown.

Navigate to the Store Settings page. On the main EventLink interface (the calendar dashboard), click on the Store Settings option. This is typically located in the lower-left corner of the screen (look for a gear icon or the store name menu).

Locate the contact info fields. By default, the Store Settings page will show your store’s profile details, including Contact Email, Phone Number, and Website. You should see each of these fields along with an edit (pencil) icon next to them.
- Edit your contact email. Click the pencil (edit) icon next to the Contact Email field. An editable text field will appear. Enter your store’s updated contact email address. Press Enter or click the checkmark/save button to confirm the change.

Update your phone number and website. Repeat the edit process for Phone Number and Website as needed. Click the pencil icon next to the field you want to change, enter the new information, and confirm the update.
- Verify and save changes. Ensure that the new email, phone, and/or website information now appear correctly on the Store Settings page. EventLink will save changes immediately once you confirm each edit. There is no separate “Save” button for these fields; each is saved as you update it.
- Allow time for public updates. Your updated contact information will be reflected on the Store and Event Locator. Typically, changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate to the public locator. Plan accordingly and update information in advance of any events.
