The Invite List feature in EventLink lets you quickly register multiple players at once using their Wizards Account emails or display names. It’s ideal for preregistration or fast check-in at larger events.
Prepare Your Invite List
- Open a spreadsheet and enter one player per row in Column A.
- Use Wizards Account emails (recommended) or display names.
- Save the file as a .CSV (comma-separated values) file.
EventLink will ignore other columns and skip any invalid or duplicate entries.
Importing Before the Event (Preregistration)
- Create your event in EventLink.
- Click "Import Invite List" before clicking "Create Event."
- Upload your CSV.
- Resolve any import errors if needed.
- Click "Create Event" to finalize.
Players will appear in your event's player list automatically.
Importing Day-of (Batch Check-In)
- Open your scheduled event and go to the Players tab.
- Click "Import Invite List".
- Upload your CSV.
- Verify player list and manually add anyone missing.
Use alongside Companion App codes for additional walk-ins.

- Collect emails during sign-up for preregistration.
- Keep a running list of regular players for weekly use.
- Combine methods: Use import for bulk, Companion App for walk-ins.
