Late Registration

If a player arrives after the event has begun, you can still add them; EventLink makes late registration straightforward.

How to Add a Player After Round 1 Starts

• Navigate to the event registration page.
• Use any registration method:
  • Wizards Account Email
  • Guest Entry
  • Companion App (if the lobby is still open)

What Happens Next

• The new player will appear in the pending player list.
• EventLink may prompt you to:
  • Pair them manually into an existing round (if it’s early enough), or
  • Start them in the next round with a Round 1 loss (or BYE, if needed)
