If a tournament organizer leaves your store, contact your Regional WPN office.
If you need to replace that tournament organizer with another organizer, please follow the steps below:
To Add a Store Contact or Organizer:
- Go here, sign into your Organized Play Account, and click "Email Us".
- Fill out the form. The new TO will receive an email with instructions.
- After the TO has completed the instructions, your regional WPN representative will contact you to confirm your new organizer.
A new TO must have an activated DCI number in order to be added to the store. This can be done at Accounts.Wizards.com.
